Rachel Sievers, MS
Life and Relationship Coaching for Individuals and Couples
ABOUT
ME
I’m a Life and Relationship Coach with a Master of Science in Marriage, Child, and Family Therapy — and over 10k hours of clinical experience as a licensed psychotherapist. I began my career in 2012 working with families of foster and adopted children, then moved into private practice using DBT, Gestalt, Affirmative Therapy, and the Gottman Method.

In 2016, I became a licensed psychotherapist and loved the work — helping people heal, grow, and connect more deeply with themselves and others. But around 2020, I noticed many of my long-term clients who'd made incredible progress, plateaued in the growth. I noticed the same in my own personal therapy.

I started to feel it in my gut: we needed something more than just talk.

At the same time, I grew disillusioned with the systems surrounding therapy — the paperwork, diagnoses, court reports. What lights me up is real, human connection. Supporting people in real-life movement, in the moment, in breakthrough experiences. But being licensed limited how I could show up in those ways.

So I made a bold move: I retired my license and expanded my practice into life and relationship coaching. It’s one of the best decisions I’ve ever made.

Since transitioning to coaching, the work I do is more embodied, energizing, and transformative. I've seen many clients grow faster and ”graduate” sooner with coaching than with traditional therapy.

Now, I work with individuals and couples using a powerful mix of conversation and action-based methods. I support people navigating guilt, overthinking, unhappiness, relationship struggles — those wanting to live a life with less stress, more peace, and better connections.

My years as a psychotherapist gave me a strong foundation of skill and knowledge. Coaching allows me to meet people where they are and walk alongside them where they want to go.

I absolutely love what I do. I never have a bad day at work.

TESTIMONIALS
"I've had the pleasure of knowing Rachel for seven years. She helped me tremendously when I was leaving a very abusive relationship, figuring out who I am and what works for me and doesn’t. I truly owe so much to Rachel. She is the most kindhearted person. She never judges or oversteps. I always feel safe in her presence. I feel, for the first time in my life, I can actually trust someone to help me with everything that was bottled up in me for so long. I am the healthiest and happiest I’ve ever been. I can’t thank Rachel enough for helping me become the woman I am today."

"With Rachel's help, I lost 500 mental pounds. For the first time in my life, I am the most genuine, beautiful version of myself.
I started seeing Rachel when I was pregnant with my first baby. I grew up in a turbulent, abusive household, and I knew if I wanted to be a great mom, I had to shed the weight of my abusive parents. I learned to repair myself from the inside out. After lots of hard work, I am a great mom, wife, and great to myself. I achieved my goal and SO much more--working on issues I never thought I could fix--like enjoying the taste of vegetables and learning to love and advocate for myself.
Now I live a beautiful life of growth, feeling, and understanding. I thank Rachel for everything she's done for me, and I believe no matter who you are or what you want to work on, Rachel will help you achieve your goals."

"Rachel gave me the confidence and structure I needed to make a large leap in life that was definitely needed and overdue. The process was fun, challenging, and the most rewarding experience I've ever had. I never thought that I could accomplish so much within a short amount of time. 10/10."
